Eynsham Village
Eynsham can be found on any good UK road-map. The village is located just off the A40, midway between the city of Oxford and Witney town.
Eynsham's bus service to/from Oxford and Witney is extremely good. Buses are cheap, run all day and are very frequent. So if you are visiting or staying in Oxford or Witney and don't want to drive to the Carnival, then you can catch a number 100 bus from either

Oxford : Next to the inter-city coach station, near Pizza Hut.

Witney : Next to the town centre market place, just outside Barclays Bank.
If you don't know Eynsham then ask the driver to stop the bus near to the hardware shop. You will see people gathering together in the square around 50 yards away. In the opposite direction on the same road you will find the carnival field.
You are strongly advised to get to the village before the Shirt Race and Parade start. Most of the roads in and out of the village will be very hard to pass through during these events.
